ING DIRECT Canada Calgary Cafe Presents: 3 Things For Calgary

Inspired by ‘3 Things for Calgary’, ING DIRECT Canada Calgary Cafe is welcoming social media buffs and community engagers to join us at our first Meet and Tweet event in Calgary. We're bringing influential and passionate Calgarians together to drive this initiative in support of our city. Throughout the evening you will share and inspire ideas to make Calgary a better community.
3 things ING DIRECT is doing for Calgary:
1st Thing: Peter Aceto, President & CEO of ING DIRECT Canada, will join in an inspiring panel discussion along with two other community-focused Calgarians - Buzz Bishop & Lori Stewart - to discuss the effect that individuals and organizations can have in their community. They will also talk about the impact social media can have for inspiring others and driving change.
2nd Thing: In keeping with the theme of 3 Things for Calgary, we have 3 great prizes each consisting of 3 great things to see or do in our great City; lined up with our 3 great charities. We will be doing a cash raffle for these throughout the night with all the proceeds going to the corresponding charities.
3rd Thing: Based on your votes we are donating $3,333 to 1 of our 3 favourite Calgary charities! Pick one, two or all three charities and Tweet the corresponding hashtag to show your support. The corresponding hashtag for the charity that is used the most between June 7th and June 21st will receive the donation.
